“Before joining Grexx in 2008, I worked for a major secondment agency. I soon discovered that at Grexx, things worked very differently: you get given the complete picture which means that you take care of the entire project. I now configure applications based on customer input. Sometimes I come up with everything and sometimes customers already have an idea. What I like most about my work is that you interact with all kinds of industries: from telecom companies to startups. There are also companies that I didn’t always know existed. There is always room to make a serious plan, so you get the confidence to actually get started. But freedom does come with responsibility: you have to know how to do things independently.”

“During my education, I was already interested in problem solving, customer projects and coming up with solutions to make things better. During my study, I always felt I had to choose whether to be a front-end developer or a UX designer, but at Grexx, I found that those two functions could be combined. On the one hand, you have to control, devise and create designs for internal and external use and, on the other, you have to program what has been devised. And Grexx also provides you with the tools to grow. The IT world is a man's world, but here everyone is sincere to each other. You don't feel like one of the many small cogs in the whole thing, but really part of the family.”

“I've been with Grexx since July 2021 but I was familiar with Grexx as before that, I was working with their technology for six years. From the sidelines, Grexx had always seemed like a fun company to work for. At Grexx, I have the opportunity to fully focus on a customer project and help them brainstorm how they can best approach things. I also build new functionalities myself that the customer would like. I am in daily contact with customers and I also train them to be able to get started with our platform themselves. “I believe in what my team and I have created: the Grexx Platform, an environment where people can build their own low-code applications., without really ‘programming’; these are not those black screens with white letters, but configuration in your browser: click, drag, and you're done. Soon after I joined the team in 2011, it was clear to me that Grexx was one big family with very open communication channels.
