Our packages are designed with the intention of enabling you to begin using our platform quickly and easily. To determine this, we analyze the number of users and the level of intensity that is required by your organization. Our packages are bundled with differing amounts of ‘credits.’ These are allocated according to your needs, that is, more credits are required depending on variables including the number of applications, the number of users and the nature of use, all of which impact the outcome. It depends. As mentioned above, your agreed package includes a maximum number of users and credits that reflect the intensity of users and usage. If organizational changes ensue and the applications are used more intensively than first agreed upon, exceeding the maximum number in your package, additional costs will be incurred. This can further be discussed with your assigned coach. 

You can raise any questions you have about our plans and pricing during your discovery call, and we can explain any charges relating to your organization’s specific situation and needs. For existing clients wanting to clarify or upgrade packages, please contact your coach as they will be able to assist you best.
