To determine this, we analyze the number of users and the level of intensity that is required by your organization. Our packages are bundled with differing amounts of ‘credits.’ These are allocated according to your needs, that is, more credits are required depending on variables including the number of applications, the number of users and the nature of use, all of which impact the outcome. It depends. As mentioned above, your agreed package includes a maximum number of users and credits that reflect the intensity of users and usage. If organizational changes ensue and the applications are used more intensively than first agreed upon, exceeding the maximum number in your package, additional costs will be incurred. This can further be discussed with your assigned coach.
