In this interview, our colleague Yannis offers a behind-the-scenes look at Grexx's onboarding program, Grexx Enabled, which teaches users how to use the Grexx Platform.
Aside from my role as a Managing Consultant, I am also responsible for overseeing security, compliance, and quality management within our organization. This gives me an in-depth understanding of the importance of providing our users with the proper tools to navigate the Grexx Platform at their own pace. That is precisely why Grexx Enabled was developed.
About Grexx Enabled
Having a programming background isn’t necessary to be successful on the Grexx Platform, however, some training of how the Platform works is required. That's where Grexx Enabled comes in - it's the learning and training program designed for individuals who want to learn how to use the Grexx Platform. This includes both experienced developers and well as citizen developers, who may be new to low-code development.
The initial stages of Grexx Enabled are included in the free trial. This allows users to explore the learning space without a subscription. The free trial grants access to the Studio and Development environment, which includes an online tutorial and Grexx Platform learning resources.

Grexx Coaching
Are you interested in using the Grexx Platform? Great! Once you subscribe, a Grexx Coach will be assigned to work with you. This person is an expert and will gladly assist you in understanding the Platform.
Your coach will be a knowledgeable and seasoned consultant who can offer valuable guidance from both business and technical perspectives. They have the expertise to properly assess the complexity of your application and offer helpful advice and best practices. Your coach will also be your contact for questions you may have as well as provide help with the Grexx Marketplace and other relevant applications.
Grexx Q&A Sessions
Where your coach is the point of contact for complex issues, we offer a weekly Q&A session for all other questions. This session is open to our clients and led by one of our experienced Grexx Coaches who will take the time to address any questions you may have, as well as provide guidance and inspiration.
The Q&A sessions are especially fun because we consistently witness the power of peer learning: by simply paying attention, even novice users can find something useful in every application. These sessions also include discussions on best practices, new marketplace modules, and examples of other Grexx applications. Attending the weekly Q&A sessions is a great way for users to stay informed and up-to-date about the Grexx Platform.
Grexx Academy
At Grexx Academy, you'll have access to a variety of informative videos and helpful whitepapers that will guide you through the ins and outs of the Grexx Platform. We'll start by introducing you to the fundamental principles of the Platform, and then from there you can dive into practical research.
The tutorial will be your starting point, covering all the fundamentals of the Platform. You can then apply what you have learned in a hands-on example application provided by us. This section of the Academy is also accessible during the free trial period.
The great thing about the Academy is the flexibility to progress at your preferred pace. Whether you have a lot of free time or only a little, and whether you prefer certain subjects over others, you can tailor your experience accordingly.
💡The Grexx Academy also offers certification programs for those wishing to become a Grexx Developer or Grexx Expert.
Co-development
If you want to certify as a Grexx Developer, co-development is part of the process. In that phase, a Grexx Coach or Consultant will look at your application and work with you to develop your application. They will also provide guidance on how to approach your project and offer helpful tips and techniques to achieve a successful outcome.
This can be compared to taking driving lessons and passing the driving exam; at Grexx, we assess whether you have the skills to work independently. This process typically goes smoothly, although some candidates may require minor adjustments while others pass with ease. Either way, we ensure that the basic level is met and that you feel confident in moving forward.
Using the Grexx Platform is not a difficult process and is made even easier with the help of Grexx Enabled. We prioritize accommodating your preferred learning style and are open to working with you to meet any specific needs, such as training larger groups together or providing personalised training to individuals.
