Summary
Speakers Ferd Crone (MP GroenLinks), Rens Smal and Rick Peters (Founders Enerzien), Gretha Boels ♻️🍀 (E-hub lage weide project coordinator), Bob Duindam (director of Lochem Energie U.A. and CIRCUS project strategy) and Maartenvan der Jagt (managing consultant Grexx) have each provided an insight into what is going on around the energy law, the energy transition, local sharing of (sustainable) energy and the role that digitization plays in it.
Fred Crone
Groenlinks - PvdA
Fred Crone is an experienced parliamentarian and administrator. For many years, Ferd was in the House of Representatives on behalf of the PvdA spokesperson for the energy supply. He is now a spokesperson in the Senate for Groenlinks-PvdA. Recently, Ferd Crone took the initiative in the Senate to stop abolishing the netting scheme for solar panels. This has succeeded, now the new Energy Act remains.

Maarten van der Jagt
Grexx
Maarten van der Jagt is a managing consultant at Grexx. Maarten has been assisting customers in designing and implementing innovative digital solutions for many years. Under his leadership, the Grexx project 'Flowerboxx' was named the best SME IT project in 2021 by Computable. As an avid home automation hobbyist, he is now enthusiastically leading the development of a range of digital solutions for Energy communities.
Rick Peters

Rick Peters is co-director of Enerzien. Enerzien is known as the architect of the smart energy system. Many of their projects focus on reducing grid congestion and using sustainable energy generation in e-Hubs. Rick believes in the power of a decentralized energy system where supply, demand and infrastructure come together smartly.

Gretha Boels
E-Hub Lage Weide
Gretha Boels is project manager for the realization of the Lage Weide Business Park e-hub. The primary goal of Lage Weide is to make optimal use of Stedin's existing infrastructure. This offers the opportunity for sustainable economic growth, more opportunities for using renewable energy sources and learning what opportunities there are for expanding the package for this and scaling up with other companies in the business park.
Bob Duindam
Lochem Energy
Bob Duindam is director of the Lochem Energy Cooperative. Bob has a strong focus on innovation and a lot of experience in digitization projects. There is great confidence in the innovative strength and significance of local Energy Cooperatives. He tries to make that relevant not only in Lochem but also in the European Circus project.
